Elizabeth Parrish 
Elizabeth was born on January 30th, 1756 in Goochland Co., Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Humphrey Parrish and her mother was Elizabeth Lane. Her paternal grandparents were Humphrey Parrish and Mary Morton Hamilton; her maternal grandparents were John Layne and Elizabeth Ayers. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Humphrey, George, Dabney, David, Constance, Mary and Sally. She was the third oldest of the nine children.-
