Cecille was born on May 3rd, 1415 in Raby Castle, Staindrop, Durham, England. Cecille's father was Ralph of Westmoreland Neville and her mother was Joan Beaufort. Her paternal grandparents were John de Neville and Maud de Percy; her maternal grandparents were John of Gaunt Plantagenet and Catherine Roet. She had thirteen brothers and nine sisters, named Richard, Henry, Thomas, Cuthbert, Robert, William, John, George, Edward, Richard, John, George, Thomas, Catherine, Joan, Eleanor, Anne, Catherine, Eleanor, Alice, Joan and Margaret. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named John, Ralph, Alice, Margaret, Matilda, Philippe, Elizabeth and Mary. She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamstead Castle, Hertfordshire, England.-
