Clarence Wingo was born on April 14th, 1887 in Scottsville, Fluvanna Co., VA. Clarence Wingo's father was James Taylor Kidd and his mother was Ella Gray Richardson. His maternal grandparents were Samuel G. Richardson and Mary Anne Kennon. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Vivian Samuel, BabyBoy, Percy Gray, Eva Maud, Viola G., Marie Blanche and Minnie J.. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 71 on September 4th, 1958 in Richmond, VA. He was buried in Fluvanna Baptist Church Cemetery, Fluvanna Co., VA.-
