Louis Dibrell Jones

Louis Dibrell was born on February 4th, 1864 in New Store, VA.  Louis Dibrell's father was Louis Dibrell LeGrand Jones and his mother was Louisa Thomas Flippen.  His paternal grandparents were William Jones and Judith LeGrande; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Daniel Flippen and Mary Page Hobson. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named Paul Marion, Monroe, Edgar, Clinton Hobson, Henry LeGrand, Menville, William Hatcher, Plummer Flippen, Maben Somerville, Ernest, Mary Louisa, Annie Page, Ethelyn LeGrande and Alice Maud.  He was the fourth oldest of the fifteen children.
