Gerard Seymour Hooe 
Gerard Seymour was born on October 30th, 1818. Gerard Seymour's father was Abram Barnes Hooe and his mother was Sarah Norwood Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Gerard Hooe and Sarah Barnes; his maternal grandfather was Horatio Johnson. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Horatio Rinaldo, Arthur Edward, Horatio Rinaldo, Charles Thomas, John Thomas, Mary Ann, Mary Ann and Caroline Johnson. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Abram Barnes, William Fitzhugh, Sarah Barnes and Francis Fitzhugh. He died at the age of 17 on March 14th, 1836. He was buried in 1836 in Princeton, New Jersey.-
