Francis Fitzhugh was born on May 23rd, 1829. Francis Fitzhugh's father was Abram Barnes Hooe and her mother was Louisa Conway Fitzhugh. Her paternal grandparents were Gerard Hooe and Sarah Barnes; her maternal grandparents were Henry Fitzhugh and Elizabeth ?. She had eight half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Abram Barnes, William Fitzhugh, Horatio Rinaldo, Arthur Edward, Horatio Rinaldo, Gerard Seymour, Charles Thomas, John Thomas, Sarah Barnes, Mary Ann, Mary Ann and Caroline Johnson. She died on May 23rd, 1829.-
