Charles Thomas Hooe 
Charles Thomas was born on June 16th, 1822. Charles Thomas' father was Abram Barnes Hooe and his mother was Sarah Norwood Johnson. His paternal grandparents were Gerard Hooe and Sarah Barnes; his maternal grandfather was Horatio Johnson. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Horatio Rinaldo, Arthur Edward, Horatio Rinaldo, Gerard Seymour, John Thomas, Mary Ann, Mary Ann and Caroline Johnson. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Abram Barnes, William Fitzhugh, Sarah Barnes and Francis Fitzhugh. He died at 7 months old on January 17th, 1823.-
