Martha Catherine was born on November 13th, 1813. Martha Catherine's father was Nathaniel West Henry and her mother was Virginia Ann Woodson. Her paternal grandparents were Patrick Henry and Dorothea Dandridge. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Patrick Miller, William Robertson, Mary B., Lucy Ann and Dorothea Virginia. She was the oldest of the six children.-
