Allen Richard Harlow 
Allen Richard was born on November 5th, 1857. Allen Richard's father was Robert Harlow and his mother was Susan H. Atkins. His paternal grandparents were Shelton Harlow and Sarah Haley Butler. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Shelton, Robert G., James Samuel, Thomas, Mercer, Amarylis A., Dora A. and Sarah R.. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 88 on March 31st, 1946. He was buried in April 1946 in Waldrop Family Cemetery, Rt. 632, Orange, VA.-
