Leo Vivion was born on August 23rd, 1906 in Vernon, Yuba Co., California. Leo Vivion's father was Charles "Dick" Arthur Harding and his mother was Grace Josephine Burns. His paternal grandparents were John Richmond Harding and Sarah A. Rowe; his maternal grandparents were John Burns and Eliza Abdill. He had a brother and a sister, named Winfield William and Jewel Addie. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 78 on August 28th, 1984 in Larkspur, Marin Co., California.-
