Jewel Addie was born on October 26th, 1904 in Woodland, Yolo Co., California. Jewel Addie's father was Charles "Dick" Arthur Harding and her mother was Grace Josephine Burns. Her paternal grandparents were John Richmond Harding and Sarah A. Rowe; her maternal grandparents were John Burns and Eliza Abdill. She had two brothers named Winfield William and Leo Vivion. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 79 on August 5th, 1984 in Carmichael, Sacramento Co., California of cancer.-
