Mary Davis 
Mary was born about 1790 in Amherst Co., VA. Mary's father was Moses Davis and her mother was Millicent Carter. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Davis and Elizabeth ?; her maternal grandparents were Solomon Carter and Mary Ann Bickley. She had five brothers and a sister, named Frederick, Lindsey, John D., James Ware, Elisha and Lucinda. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died before December 1836.-
