William O. Carter 
William O. was born in Prentiss Co., Mississippi. William O.'s father was Charles Henry Carter and his mother was Susan Beardon. His paternal grandparents were Moore Fauntleroy Carter and Eliza Barrett. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Moore Fauntleroy, Charles Henry, Edgar Champe, Thomas A., Nan, Nora L. and Martha C.. He died in 1936 in Savanna, OK.-
