Lewis M. Carter

Lewis M. was born in 1878. Lewis M.'s father was Lewis M. Carter and his mother was Delilah Frances Butler. His paternal grandparents were Wilson Merrill Carter and Maria Bickley; his maternal grandparents were Hezikiah Butler and Susan Haley Harlow. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named unnamed infant, Samuel, William Henry, Herbert Joseph Madison, David, Thomas Wayles, George Pendleton, Robert, Betty Lewis and Ida Frances. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died in 1878 in at birth.
