Frances Carter 
Frances was born about 1755. Frances' father was Robert Carter and her mother was Frances Ann Tasker. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Carter and Priscilla Blanden Churchill; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin Tasker and Ann Bladen. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Tasker, Elizabeth Landon and Judith. She was the oldest of the four children. She died in 1796.-
