William Chiles Carr 
William Chiles was born on April 15th, 1783 in Charlottesville, VA. William Chiles' father was Walter Carr and his mother was Elizabeth Childs. His paternal grandfather was William Carr. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Charles, Thomas, Susan, Phebe, Nancy, Elizabeth and Hulda. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 67 on March 31st, 1851.-
