Charles Carr 
Charles was born on October 24th, 1774 in Fredericksburg, VA. Charles' father was Walter Carr and his mother was Elizabeth Childs. His paternal grandfather was William Carr. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, William Chiles, Susan, Phebe, Nancy, Elizabeth and Hulda. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 94 in January 1869 in Lexington, KY.-
