Willoughby Newton was born on October 4th, 1842. Willoughby Newton's father was John White Brockenbrough and his mother was Mary C. Bowyer. His paternal grandparents were William Brockenbrough and Judith Robinson White. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Edward Colston, Robert Lewis, John Bowyer, Frances Henry and Louisa Gardener. He died in Columbia, MO.-
