Addie Gray was born on July 30th, 1881. Addie Gray's father was Drury Wood Bowles and her mother was Regina J. Elmore. Her paternal grandparents were Drury Wood Knight Bowles and Mary Ann Richardson; her maternal grandparents were Charles Elmore and ?. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Aubrey R., Charles Elmore, Drury Wood, Edgar Wood, Mary Olena and Annie Lee. She had a half-brother named Winston. She died at the age of 37 on October 14th, 1918.-
