Rolfe Emerson Bolling

Rolfe Emerson was born on August 22nd, 1861. Rolfe Emerson's father was William Holcombe Bolling and his mother was Sallie Spiers White. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Bolling and Anne E. Wigginton; his maternal grandparents were William Allen White and Lucy McDaniel Reese. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William Archibald, Charles Rodefer, John Randolph, Richard Wilmer, Julian Brandon, Gertrude, Annie Lee, Bertha, Edith and Geraldine. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 74 on February 3rd, 1936.
