Philip Southall Blanton 
Philip Southall was born on October 5th, 1857. Philip Southall's father was Philip Southall Blanton and his mother was Nannie Miller Armistead. His paternal grandparents were James Blanton and Nannie Thornton Walker; his maternal grandparents were Jesse Scott Armistead and Martha Storrs Trueheart. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James Trueheart, Prescott Southall, Charles Armistead, Jessie and Marie Page. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 1 on September 11th, 1859.-
