Charles Armistead Blanton 
Charles Armistead was born on July 23rd, 1859. Charles Armistead's father was Philip Southall Blanton and his mother was Nannie Miller Armistead. His paternal grandparents were James Blanton and Nannie Thornton Walker; his maternal grandparents were Jesse Scott Armistead and Martha Storrs Trueheart. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James Trueheart, Prescott Southall, Philip Southall, Jessie and Marie Page. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 90 on September 6th, 1949.-
