William E. Bird 
William E. was born in 1795 in Accomack Co., VA. William E.'s father was William Ebern Byrd and his mother was Caziah Hinman. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Taylor Byrd and Mary Anne Armistead. He had a sister named Susan. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 60 in 1855 in Washington, DC.-
