Her paternal grandparents were John Banister and Anne Blair; her maternal grandparents were Robert Bolling and Mary Burton Bolling. She had three brothers and five sisters, named William C., John Monro, Robert B., Mary Burton, Augusta Bolling, Ann, Euretta B. and Helen T.. She died at the age of 49 on November 20th, 1869 in Petersburg, VA. She was buried in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg, VA.-
