John H. Armistead 
John H. was born on December 5th, 1794. John H.'s father was John Armistead and his mother was Mary Ann Spencer. His paternal grandparents were William Armistead and Frances ?; his maternal grandfather was Sharp Spencer. He had three brothers named William S., Thomas S. and James Anderson. He was the youngest of the four children. He died after 1850.-
