Sarah Elizabeth was born on February 6th, 1826 in Washington, Tennessee, USA. Sarah Elizabeth's father was *James Allison Mitchell and her mother was *Margaret Esther Collom. Her paternal grandparents were *Robert Mitchell and *Elizabeth A Allison; her maternal grandparents were *Jonathan Collom and Martha Seigneur. She had seven brothers named Robert Allison, *Jonathan C, Samuel C, Luther C, James Allison, Alexander C and Isaac Bennett. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 80 on June 6th, 1906.-
