William Boyd 
William was born on October 30th, 1801 in Blount, Tennessee, USA. William's father was *James Boyd and his mother was Hannah McMurray. His paternal grandparents were *William Boyd and *Elizabeth McTeer. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named John A McNary, Samuel, *Alexander, Robert, James A, Anderson, Campbell, Harvey, Nancy, Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary. He was the second oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 81 on January 13th, 1883 in Blount, Tennessee, USA.-
