Samuel Boyd 
Samuel was born on July 10th, 1805 in Blount, Tennessee, USA. Samuel's father was *James Boyd and his mother was Hannah McMurray. His paternal grandparents were *William Boyd and *Elizabeth McTeer. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named William, John A McNary, *Alexander, Robert, James A, Anderson, Campbell, Harvey, Nancy, Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 53 on October 1st, 1858 in Blount, Tennessee, USA.-
