Minnie Marion was born on August 2nd, 1868.  Minnie Marion's father was Welcome White and her mother was Frances Marietta Read.  Her paternal grandparents were Daniel White and Mary Durant. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Wilber Henry, Wallace Durant, Clara Marietta, Flora Edith, Jennie Irene and Leila Mabel.  She was the fifth oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 77 in April 1946.
