Flora Edith was born on June 9th, 1860.  Flora Edith's father was Welcome White and her mother was Frances Marietta Read.  Her paternal grandparents were Daniel White and Mary Durant. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Wilber Henry, Wallace Durant, Clara Marietta, Jennie Irene, Minnie Marion and Leila Mabel.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 58 on September 13th, 1918.
