Mary Iva May (Mamie) Norris

Mary Iva May (Mamie) was born in 1876 in St. Mary's Co., MD.¹ Mary Iva May (Mamie)'s father was James ( Ignatius) Romanus "Big Jim" Norris and her mother was Catherine "Kate" Abell. Her paternal grandparents were James Norris and Elizabeth Peake; her maternal grandfather was George Washington Abell and her maternal grandmother is Maryann Isabella Stone. She had three brothers and a sister, named Abell Archibald, George Alexander, Joseph Ignatius and Anna Alberta. She died after 1963.²
