James ( Ignatius) Romanus "Big Jim" Norris

James ( Ignatius) Romanus "Big Jim" was born in 1843 in St. Mary's Co., MD.¹ James ( Ignatius) Romanus "Big Jim"'s father was James Norris and his mother was Elizabeth Peake. His paternal grandparents are James Norris and Mrs Norris?; his maternal grandparents are Raphael Peake and Anastasia Norris. He had a brother named John. He was the younger of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William Cornelius Haverman and Maria Josphine. He died at the age of 51 on May 30th, 1894 in St. Mary's Co., MD.²

  James Norris who is the son of Joseph Norris and
  Matilda Peake. J. Romanus' siblings listed are J.
