    Will of William Peake, SMC, 8/19/1841-1/22/1842. Wife: Dorothy Peake, two
    thirds of the land where I now live known as "Laurel Hills" said to contain
    160 acres; my negro man named Tom; my negro woman named Harriett; a negro
    boy named Peter; a negro girl named Matilda; a negro boy named John Henry; a
    negro child four weeks old not named; half of a negro girl named Catherine
    Matilda as well as half of her increase should there be any; all of my stock
    of horses, hogs, sheep and cattle; and all of my household and kitchen
    furniture. Mother: (unnamed), a negro man named Ralph to dispose of as she
    thinks proper.
