Edward Hawke

Edward was born in 1838 in Robeson Twp., Berks Cty., PA. Edward's father was William H Hawk and his mother was Jane L. Syphard. His paternal grandparents were Edward Hawke and Rebecca Wynn. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John S., Robert Thomas, William S., Jane Elizabeth and Anne Barton. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Peter, John, Simon, Elizabeth, Catherine, Caroline and Catharine. He died at the age of 56 in 1894 in W. Nantmeal Twp., Chester Cty., PA..
