Male Richard Dawson Delamar Sr

Richard Dawson was born on January 10th, 1883 in Pamlico Co., NC.1   Richard Dawson's father was William John Adams Delamar and his mother was Sarah R. Parris.  His paternal grandparents were Hawkins Delamar and Eliza Ball; his maternal grandparents were Zadock Parris and Elizabeth Carraway. He had a brother and three sisters, named William T, Julia Elizabeth (Betty), Annie L. and Gertrude Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 82 on June 12th, 1965 in New Bern, Craven Co., NC.2
