Robert Ackley

Robert was born in November 1887 in Pennsylvania.¹ Robert's father was Charles Rittew Ackley and his mother was Elizabeth Ackley ?. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Ackley and Mary E. Hawke. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Ambrose I, G Ambrose, John S, Katie, Annie, Ada M, Ata Morris and Maggie. He was the sixth oldest of the nine children. He had a half-sister named Mazie A.
