Charles Rittew Ackley

Charles Rittew was born in 1856 in Pennsylvania, United States.¹ Charles Rittew's father was Isaac Ackley and his mother was Mary E. Hawke. His maternal grandparents were Edward Hawke and Rebecca Wynn. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Isaac Hawk, William, John, Edward F., Anna, Rebecca, Jemima and Jemima. He was the seventh oldest of the nine children. He had two half-brothers named Edward W and Charles. He died at the age of 92 on September 7th, 1948.
