Jemima Ackley

Jemima was born in 1859 in Elverson, Chester, Pennsylvania, United States.¹ Jemima's father was Isaac Ackley and her mother was Mary E. Hawke. Her maternal grandparents were Edward Hawke and Rebecca Wynn. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Isaac Hawk, William, John, Edward F., Charles Rittew, Anna, Rebecca and Jemima. She was the eighth oldest of the nine children. She had two half-brothers named Edward W and Charles. She died at the age of 89 in 1948 in Allentown, Lehigh Cty., PA..
