Gertrude Fredrika van Blerk 
Gertrude Fredrika was born on June 3rd, 1890. Gertrude Fredrika's father was Cornelis Johannes Hendrick van Blerk and her mother was Gertruida Fredrika Crossley (van Blerk). Her paternal grandparents were Marthinus Samuel van Blerk and Elizabeth Susanna Johanna Frylinck (van Blerk). She had four brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, William John Jeremiah, Also called Sebastiaan Pieter van Blerk, Rozier Bernardus, Annie Henrietta, Catherine Cornelia, Catharina Cornelia and Gertrude Marion Stocker. She was the second youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 1 on October 11th, 1891.General Notes
