Anna Margaretha was born on October 27th, 1763. Anna Margaretha's father was Rogier Bernhadus van Blerk and her mother was Hilletjie Giebelaar (van Blerk). Her paternal grandparents were Nicolaas van Blerk and Catharina Maria Magetski; her maternal grandparents were Johannes Philippus Giebelaar and Anna Margaretha Hop (Giebelaar). She had four brothers and seven sisters, named Nicolaas, Johannes Philippus, Rogier Bernhadus, Marthinus, Geesje Catharina, Catharina Johanna, Maria Elizabeth, Gesina Catharina, Elizabeth Johanna, Maria Margaretha and Maria Helena. She died at the age of 71 on August 26th, 1835.General Notes
