Charles Frederick was born in 1812 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.  Charles Frederick's father was Thomas Tonge BOULDEN and his mother was Elizabeth PEIRCE.  His paternal grandparents were David BOULDEN and Sarah STANLEY. He had eight brothers and six sisters, named John Tongue, Thomas Tongue, Stephen Walter, David, William Edward, Denis, Edwin, George Robert, Caroline Butler, Sarah, Harriot, Elizabeth Pierce, Mary Ann and Hesther.  He died in 1812 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.  He was buried on July 27th, 1812 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.
