Caroline Butler was born in 1803 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.  Caroline Butler's father was Thomas Tonge BOULDEN and her mother was Elizabeth PEIRCE.  Her paternal grandparents were David BOULDEN and Sarah STANLEY. She had nine brothers and five sisters, named John Tongue, Thomas Tongue, Stephen Walter, David, Charles Frederick, William Edward, Denis, Edwin, George Robert, Sarah, Harriot, Elizabeth Pierce, Mary Ann and Hesther.  She died at the age of 35 in 1839 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.  She was buried on February 10th, 1839 in Chart-Next-Sutton Valence, Kent, England.
