George Jones

George was born in 1780 in Grayson, VA. George's father was George Jones and his mother was Mary Rhodes. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Jones and Elizabeth Neville. He had seven brothers and a sister, named James, Tholemiah, William, Solomon, Samuel, John, Daniel and Letitia. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 in 1860 in Caroll, VA.
