Carl Johnston

Carl was born on March 11th, 1895.

Birth Notes
- Family legend is that this child was "marked" because his Mother was the mid-wife to a prostitute while pregnant with him.

Carl's father was Solomon Johnston and his mother was Alice (Dora) Glendora Clifford. His paternal grandparents were Herndon Courtis Johnston and Mary Ann Jones. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Addison, Earnest, Lawrence, Lenorah, Mary, Elizabeth, Alice, Ida and Florence. He was the nineth oldest of the eleven children. He died on March 11th, 1895.
