William Arthur was born on June 2nd, 1884 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  William Arthur's father was William BURTON and his mother was Sara Ann TAYLOR.  His paternal grandparents are William BURTON and Philadelphia MESSENGER; his maternal grandparents are Thomas TAYLOR and Esther ACKLAND.
