Mary was born in year 1857 in Maryborough, Victoria. Mary's father was Edwin F Bullock and her mother was Mary Ann Pearce. Her paternal grandparents were James G Bullock and Mary Tamblyn; her maternal grandparents were William Pearce and Rebecca Weekes. She was the oldest of seven children. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Ernest, Charles, William, Saville, Jane and Edith. She died, at the age of 17 years, on July 14th, 1874 in Mickelham, Vic. Her burial was on July 15th, 1874 in Booroondara Cemetery, Kew.
