József Asbóth

József was born on February 8th, 1817 in Felsőszeleste and his baptism took place in Répceszentgyörgy.¹

József's father was Sándor Asbóth and his mother was Julianna Kiss. He had three brothers and six sisters, named József, János, István, Katalin, Barbara, Rozália, Anna, Erzsébet and Julianna.  He was the third oldest of the ten children.  He died at just 11 days old on February 19th, 1817.
