József Asbóth

József was born on December 22nd, 1898 in Alsószeleste and his baptism took place in Hegyfalu.¹

József's father was József Asbóth and his mother was Julianna Dénes.  His paternal grandparents were Ferenc Asbóth and Márta Nagy. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Gizella, Lajos, József, Mária, Julianna, Rozália and Terézia.  He was the youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 74 on May 30th, 1973 in Szombathely.¹
