John Harless

John was born in 1800. John's father was Peter Harless and his mother was Mary Harless. His paternal grandfather was Daniel Harless and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Nash; his maternal grandparents were David Harless and Catherine Elizabeth. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, James, Howard, Fanny, Catherine, Cynthia, Mahalia and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 56 in 1856.
