William Jeffery

William was born on August 20th, 1820 in Dittisham, Devon. William's father was George Jeffery and his mother was Sarah Finch. His paternal grandparents were Richard Jeffery and Mary Culmn; his maternal grandparents were James Finch and Grace Elliott. He had five brothers and three sisters, named George, Samuel Finch, James Finch, John, John Henry, Sarah, Mary and Mary Grace. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 76 on April 24th, 1897 in Dittisham, Devon.
